By creating an account on Raqeeb HotelConnect Pro, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HotelConnect Pro, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your hotel or business, and agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Payment & Activation

New accounts are activated immediately after a successful payment for your selected plan, processed securely through Paystack. No access is granted to the platform until payment is confirmed.

3. Subscription Plans

HotelConnect Pro offers multiple subscription plans including Cloud Basic, Cloud Premium, Cloud White Label, Enterprise License, and Enterprise White Label. Pricing may be updated with 30 days’ notice.

4. Payment & Cancellation

Monthly plans are billed in advance each month. One-time enterprise licenses are charged as a single payment. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all hotel data, guest records, and business data stored in HotelConnect Pro. We do not claim ownership of your data and will provide a full export upon request.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HotelConnect Pro for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to access other users’ accounts, to reverse-engineer the platform, or to upload malicious content.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from unplanned downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

HotelConnect Pro is provided “as is”. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months of your subscription.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect.
